Our experience at Woodward has been phenomenal. As our daughter's first year at Woodward is coming to a close, I've been reflecting on how much she's flourished and how much enjoyment she got out of school. She comes home with so many stories, and recounts her days with such enthusiasm. She gained so much independence and had a blast while doing it.

She learned so much in the Rainbow classroom - everything from colors and shapes to counting, outer space, and the process of metamorphosis. She loved being the "helper" and reading the schedule to the class. She loved all the story time, and related art projects, “table activities”, cooking lessons, celebrating holidays, and all the special extra music and yoga classes (she teaches us her moves at home!).

The small class size, low-key environment, and phenomenal teachers make Woodward stand out. Woodward’s teachers and administrators exude so much professionalism (long tenure!), creativity and warmth, and I always feel secure knowing my daughter is in good hands. The intimate program also means communication with the staff is easy..

Woodward is a hidden gem. It's a down to earth, highly enriching school, where I never feel pressure. The families I've met through Woodward are all very special and impressive people, from diverse professional and ethnic backgrounds, and always willing to help each other out. It's truly a community, and one I'm very proud to be a part of.

I'm so happy with the program that I've decided to send my younger son next year as well, so my kids can be in “next-door” classrooms. I strongly recommend Woodward to prospective families and would love to talk to anyone interested in hearing more.
